Delivery Information:

Free Next Working Day Delivery:

Available for UK mainland orders over £100.
We dispatch Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed before midday are typically dispatched the same day, though this may vary during busy periods.

Royal Mail Tracked Services:

24-hour & 48-hour options with Saturday delivery.
Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Includes online tracking.
Covers mainland UK, including Highlands & Islands.
Only for orders up to 5kg.
Charges: £3.75 for 48-hour service, £5.95 for 24-hour service.

DPD Courier:

Next Day service for mainland UK.
No extra charge for this service, but next-day delivery is not guaranteed.
Orders dispatched on Friday are usually delivered the following Monday.
For orders above 5kg and up to 25kg.
Charge: £7.45 for Next Day service.

UPS:

Delivery takes 2-3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the destination.
Tracking information will be provided.

International Shipping:

We ship to a wide range of countries. Please note that as of January 1st, we no longer dispatch orders to EU customers due to Brexit-related regulations. We are working towards finding long-term solutions for our European customers.

Important Information:

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand their country’s import regulations. Hasten’s Honey is not liable for orders delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs. If a package is returned by customs, the cost incurred, along with the original carriage cost and a 10% handling fee, will be deducted from any refund.
